The 2026 outdoor season has begun. Our practice are on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm to 8pm at Stafford High School.
Participants: Houston Police Department team coached by Olympians Jackie Washington and Angela Williams; Houston Fire Department team coached by Olympian Michele Burrell; Missouri City Police Department team coached by Olympian LeRoy Burrell
Since joining the program in 2019 as an assistant coach, Jarrick Wright has helped the Celts improve their SCAC final placement each season
Burrell, who just entered his 22nd year as head coach of the University of Houston track & field programs, has served two terms on the NCAA Division I Track & Field Executive Committee, most recently as the conference representative of the American Athletic Conference.
Eli Hall won the 2019 NCAA indoor title in the 60 meters with a time of 6.52 and also broke the school record in the 200 meters with a time of 20.02.
We will practice Tuesday April 12th from 6:30PM to 8PM.

While growing up in Brookshire, Williams ran the 200 meters and 4×200 relay for the CL Stars track club.
